The toolbox is freely available to ACADEMIC USERS. Please follow these steps:

1. Download current version: AMIGO_R2011a (for Matlab 7.6 and later) ; AMIGO_R2011a1 (for Matlab versions up to 7.6)
2. Email us amigo at iim.csic.es to receive a password to unzip the downloaded file
3. Unzip and check the installation notes bellow and the toolbox documentation

Installation

1. Unzip the .zip archive in your computer (avoid folders with spaces)
2. Start a Matlab session and go to the AMIGO folder

Type:

> AMIGO_Startup
